In case you think I skipped a number, #169 is on my Facebook, as it was taken with my Amazon Fire Tablet, and just didn't want to upload here. Sad as it was my first Heritage Unit Video (Nickel Plate Rd #8100). In the future, if they only upload to Facebook, I will assign them a Legacies On The Rails FB #.
Interesting catch that pleasantly surprised me Wed 5/6/16 (I said 5/4 on the audio, my bad) about 13:00 Hrs SB through Parkville, Mo. BNSF 8196 (ES44AC) and 5431 (C449W) lead a train of massive wind turbine blades. My first catch of this kind.
Probably why NB auto racks led by BNSF 5857 (ES44AC), 4532, 4101 (both C449W), and 5781 (ES44AC) were stopped on the tracks a bit south of here. Waited for it to come as long as I could before heading to work, hoping to get a two-fer on the same video. But, it never happened before I had to leave, but I got pics at least, which I forgot to take of this train.
